Enabling remote rural communities of Southern Africa through vocational skills training with which they can empower change in their communities for the benefit of all.

Supplementing and supporting vocational skills training in remote areas with little to no significant infrastructure to help stem migration to over populated cities with overly competitive job markets and almost no jobs for unskilled workers.

Because of industry, geography and geology, many communities have too many people with the same trade skills which forces them to work for less than minimum pay. MESHOA aims to address these problems by offering other types of training as requested by these communities.

The skills training offered by MESHOA is limited by the availability of trainers with the relevant experience on hand and plans for finding a trainer only start once we have met with the community and who informs us about the type of training they would access to.
